Hi, I’ve been recently banned from the Ergo discord following a message in which I requested assistance on a specific case I am working to fullfil. My message never got sent due to the fact that some keyword triggered a mute action, and the next day I got banned. I assume this is an action from a bot by mistake. Would it be possible to remove that ban please so I can join the server again and request help? Thanks!

Avoid messages with URLs and common words like ‘help’, ‘support’, for your first few messages until you get whitelisted
